Corps et Esprit offers personalized treatment; based on your wishes or complaints I will use techniques most suitable for you. Each treatment consists of three parts:

  1. Discussion of your needs and / or complaints during a brief intake
  2. Holistic massage focused on the problem areas as discussed
  3. Peacefully recovering with a glass of water or tea
